We clean gutters by hand using ladders because it ensures all the moss, debris and leaves are properly cleared away, leaving a fully functioning guttering system. If we can’t reach the gutters by hand then we use a telescopic pole.

Once we have finished the gutter cleaning we will notify you and if you are not at home then we will pop an invoice through the letter box once the work is complete.

Gutter Repairs

Both the in and out and the standard clear will also include clipping back into place any loose joints. Minor repairs can also be carried out if they don’t require parts. This can be done for a small fixed-cost but is separate from the clear itself.

It is worth noting that UPVC Gutters aren’t really designed for repair, so if they are broken, or have ineffectual parts, they should really be replaced or re-installed. The minor repairs may involve silicone etc but do not include replacement parts.

If the gutters are installed incorrectly and there is a constant recurring issue, or if they need a replacement part but we have attempted a repair regardless, we will still refund the repair work fee if the repair is ineffectual within two months of the work. However, we will not refund the gutter clear/clean cost which is a separate service.
